Learning accounts

OCBDC Learning uses account identity to provide enrolled courses, progress, assessment attempts, completion records, calendar access, and billing support.

Payments

Payment checkout and subscription management are handled through Stripe. OCBDC Learning stores the identifiers and status required to maintain access, not full card details.

Newsletter separation

Newsletter email consent is stored separately from learner profiles, enrollments, assessments, and subscriptions. Course signup never adds a person to the newsletter.

Contact inquiries

Contact submissions are stored so the OCBDC Learning team can review and respond to a request.

Your choices

You may cancel a membership through billing management, unsubscribe from the newsletter independently, and request help with account data through the contact page.
